Here are comparison photos of myself (21, 5ft 6”) and my sister (22, 5ft 4.5”) before and after we did the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred.
We only lost about 4-5 lbs each but as you can see it looks a lot more!
It’s been a while since we completed the workout but are still feeling the benefits. We’re both obsessed with numbers, however knowing that we could reduce our size by building muscle really changed our lives.
I couldn’t recommend this workout enough! If you’re looking for a quick fix (30 days to be exact) you should really give the 30 Day Shred a try.
